Terms of Service

BrioPage is a website-builder service operated by SoftAndWeb Corp ("we", "us"). We turn your Instagram profile into a real website at briopage.com/<your-handle>. By using BrioPage ("the Service") you ("you") agree to these Terms.

When you pay for a BrioPage subscription, you get ownership of the page at the handle you signed up with. You can edit it, take it offline, or remove it at any time from your dashboard. We do not claim copyright over your content, your photos, your business name, or anything else you provide.

Pages we build for you BEFORE payment (operator-built demos) are previews. You don't own them until you pay. We may remove unpaid previews at any time.

Current pricing is shown at checkout. We use Stripe for payments; your card details never touch our servers. Subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt email or by replying to any email from [email protected].

7-day refund.If you pay and decide it's not for you, reply to your welcome email within 7 days for a full refund and removal of the page.

When you request a BrioPage and give us your Instagram handle, you ask us to build your page for you, using your public Instagram profile as the starting point — your bio, profile photo, the latest posts on your timeline, and the link in your bio. Building your page is something we do for you after you request it; it is not automatic or instant. We do NOT log into your IG account, do NOT use private posts, and do NOT access your DMs or followers.

By submitting your request you authorize usto retrieve that public content and use it to build and display your page on your behalf, and you confirm the Instagram account is yours (or that you're authorized to represent the business it belongs to). You are responsible for having the rights to all content shown on your page.

The imported content is just a starting point. We don't auto-sync after that — you stay in control via your dashboard, and you can edit, replace, or remove anything (or ask us to re-import) at any time.

BrioPage is a website-builder and hosting tool — your page is yours. After we hand it over, you customize it: pick from our templates and themes, edit the design, colors, and copy, and add your own content — photos, services and prices, business hours, a booking link (Calendly, Acuity, Square, and others), online-ordering and custom links, YouTube videos, sponsor logos, testimonials, and your social links and posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more).

You own your content and you're responsible for it — including anything we seeded from your Instagram, which you can review, edit, or remove. We don't claim ownership of your photos, business name, logo, or anything else you provide or approve. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything displayed on your page.

• Use BrioPage to host illegal content, fraud, impersonation, malware, phishing, or harassment.
• Build pages for businesses you don't own or represent.
• Scrape BrioPage, reverse-engineer our APIs, or build a competing service using our code or output.
• Resell BrioPage subscriptions to your clients without an explicit agency agreement with us (email [email protected] to discuss).

We may suspend or remove a page that violates these rules. We don't owe a refund for accounts terminated for misuse.

Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC; TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. BrioPage (a SoftAndWeb Corp product) is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. We display their content, icons, links, or embeds only on your behalf, at your direction, to power features on your page.

If you believe content on a BrioPage infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email [email protected] with the page URL and a description of the issue. We'll review and remove infringing content promptly.

We aim for high uptime but we don't guarantee it. If the Service is down for more than 24 consecutive hours during your paid period, email us and we'll credit that day toward your next month.

BrioPage is provided "as is." SoftAndWeb Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any case is capped at the amount you paid us in the most recent 12 months.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top and email anyone with an active subscription. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the update.
