Privacy Policy

The short version

BrioPage (a SoftAndWeb Corp product) collects the minimum data needed to build your website + run your account. We don't sell your data, don't share it with advertisers, and don't run third-party tracking pixels on your BrioPage. Email [email protected] anytime to see, export, or delete everything we have on you.

What we collect

  • Your email + name + IG handle when you submit the signup form.
  • Public IG profile data — bio, profile photo, the latest 12 posts on your timeline, and the link in your bio — fetched once at signup + on operator-triggered refreshes. We never log into your IG account.
  • Your IP + user-agent at signup (for rate limiting + abuse prevention).
  • Whatever you edit into your dashboard — services, prices, photos you upload, FAQ, hours, links.
  • Payment metadata from Stripe (last 4 digits, card brand, subscription status). We never see your full card number; Stripe handles that.
  • Standard server logs (request paths, response codes, timestamps) retained for 30 days for debugging + security.

What we don't collect

  • Private IG content (DMs, private posts, followers list).
  • Your card number (Stripe's domain).
  • Analytics about your visitors — there are no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party trackers on your BrioPage.
  • Demographic, biometric, location-precise (GPS), or sensitive-category data.

Who we share data with

We share only with the services we need to run yours:
  • Stripe — payments. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Zoho Mail — sends our transactional emails (verification, welcome, renewal).
  • Cloudflare — DNS + DDoS protection for the briopage.com domain.
  • Instagram (Meta)— we read public profile data via their official endpoint. Subject to Meta's terms; not under our control.
  • YouTube & Google Maps— if you add a YouTube video or a map of your address, your page embeds content from Google. When a visitor loads that embed, Google may set cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy. We only add these when you choose to.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners; BrioPage is not affiliated with them.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie (your login session) on the manager dashboard. The public BrioPage at briopage.com/<handle> uses no tracking cookies. If a tenant enables the age-verification gate, that drops a per-tenant cookie storing the visitor's age confirmation for 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can ask us to:
  • Show you everything we have on you (data export).
  • Correctanything that's wrong.
  • Delete your account and all associated data (we keep payment records for 7 years per US tax law; everything else is wiped).
  • Opt outof any marketing email (we don't send marketing email today, but if we ever do, every message will have a one-click unsubscribe).

Children

BrioPage isn't for users under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If we learn we've collected data from a minor, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we update what we collect or who we share with, we'll bump the "Last updated" date and email anyone with an active subscription.
