La Embajada Colombiana is a Colombian restaurant and panadería serving Hialeah and the greater Miami area. We specialize in traditional Colombian cooking — from hearty platos típicos and homemade soups to freshly baked Colombian pastries every morning. Our kitchen uses recipes passed down for generations, delivering the real taste of Colombia in every bite.

Our Bandeja Paisa and Sancocho de Gallina are customer favorites. For breakfast, the Changua and Caldo de Costilla are a must-try. Our panadería also has freshly baked Pan de Bono and Almojábanas every morning.
